For breakfast I had pancakes, a glass of milk, and mangoes. For lunch I had string beans and rice, and for dinner I had lentil soup, chickpeas, and rice. Today I felt a bit dizzy and I had a headache, but my cravings weren't as intense.

For breakfast I ate a butter croissant. Then, for lunch I had mac and cheese. And finally for dinner,I had a vegetarian soup and some sweet Hawaiian rolls. I started really craving chicken because my family had it for dinner and I couldn't so it was kind of thought for me today. But my heart rate and blood pressure improved.

Heart rate- 87 bpm
