Vegetarian: Day One



      At the start of every week we will post our weight and our blood pressure, and at the end we will make a chart with our weight and blood pressures of every other day.

 Monica:
      The vegetarian diet began today. For breakfast, I ate a bagel with cream cheese. For my lunch, I had a cheese sandwich and rainbow flavored dippin' dots. When I came home I had some pasta and a salad with tomatoes and mozerella cheese. For dinner I ate sautéed broccoli and celery with hummus.

      Start weight- 96.6 lbs
      Blood pressure- 115/70 mmHg
      Heart rate- 102 bpm

Eman:
      Today was my first day of starting the vegetarian diet. For breakfast, I ate oranges, waffles, and I drank a glass of milk. For my lunch, I had cheese and spinach ravioli, and I ate cotton candy flavored dippin' dots. For dinner I ate green beans, brown rice, and tomato soup.

      Start weight- 90.6 lbs
      Blood pressure- 114/78 mmHg
      Heart rate- 98 bpm
