Monica- Today for breakfast a had an apple. For a snack, I had candied walnuts, pecans, and cashews.  For lunch, I had a peanut butter sandwich. For dinner I had some white rice and some beans.

Eman- Today for breakfast I had pancakes, orange juice, and mangoes. For lunch I ate wild rice, but I did not eat a lot as I had a meeting during lunch.  For an after-school snack I had vegan buffalo wings, and for dinner I ate thai vegetables and tom yum soup.
